💡 The Activity Log is where you have the ability to view and edit past incidents filtered by different criteria. You can also generate a printable PDF report for any individual call or a report that gives a breakdown of multiple calls over time.

Who uses it?


The Activity Log is utilized the most by command staff who want to generate time sensitive reports. An agencies public information officer may also access the Activity Log to generate these reports. General staff does not have access to this page.


Using search criteria to find past incidents


The Activity Log provides filters, sorts and searches that help you find a needle in a haystack. You can input an exact call number or a set of filter criteria, in order to find the event you are looking for.


Use the + drop down menu to make edits to old calls


Clicking the plus button on a call, will open an edit view. In this edit view you can change call details, or review the call details. You can also add or remove users and units from the log.


Use the report button on any individual call to generate a printable PDF file


Every incident and form resposne, have a set of actions. One of those actions is the ability to generate a PDF report. Use the report button to generate a PDF report for any individual call.
