Supervisor Reviews are powered by forms, but are **not completed by users during incident submission**. Instead, they create a **multi-level (ladder-style) review process** that automatically notifies supervisors when certain incident categories require approval before completion.

## Accessing the Supervisor Reviews Panel

Navigate to **Forms & Docs → Supervisor Reviews**.

Available tools:
* Search by **name or tag**
* Filter by **tags**
* Include **archived flows**
* Sort flows by **creation date** or **alphabetically**

## Creating a Supervisor Review

1. Click **New Supervisor Review** (top right).
2. Choose a **template** or create a flow **from scratch**.
3. Enter a **form name** (recommended to include the related incident type).
4. Add a **text** **question section** (this functions like a standard form section).

## Building the Review

Each step represents a review state in the approval process.

Creating a structure example:

1. **Submitted by User**
* Triggers the review process
* Notifies the first-level supervisor

2. **Needs Edits**
* Returns the incident to the reporter
* Allows supervisors to add notes

3. **Approved – Level 1**
* Sends the incident to the next supervisor

4. **Approved – Level 2**
* Additional review tier

5. **Approved / Completed**
* Final state when the incident is compliant

Notes:
* Steps appear in order, but can be **dragged and reordered**
* You can add **as many levels** as needed
* Each state can have a **custom color indicator**
