# Step 3: Mapping Watchtower Form into the Custom PDF Template

## **Upload the PDF Template into the Watchtower Form**

In the Watchtower Platform, navigate to Forms and Docs. Find the correct Watchtower Form, and select the “Edit” button. Scroll to the bottom of the Form Edit window and expand “Advanced Settings”. Toggle on “Custom PDF Report Template” to call the PDF template upload window. Select “Browse Files” or “My Device” to find and upload the correct PDF Template.

## **Select “+ Map Fields” Button**

With the PDF uploaded, select the Map Fields button to begin the Field Mapping Process.

## **Match Fields**

Match the Watchtower Form Questions to the PDF form Field Labels, using the dropdown box on the right side.

## **Click “Continue” to Save**

When all fields are mapped correctly, remember to the bottom of the Map Fields dialogue box and save, by clicking the “Continue” button.
