## **Build your Watchtower Operational Form**

If you don’t already have a digital Watchtower Form built, navigate to Forms and Docs, and select the “New General Form” button. Build your form by adding questions as necessary.

## **Match Questions and Basic Form Structure**

Build the Watchtower Form so that questions and form structure generally match the PDF template.

## **Unique and Concise Helper Text**

Make sure each question in your form has unique and concise Helper Text. This makes the individual questions easier to find and use during the field mapping process. If you don’t label your questions with helper text, they will appear in the mapping table with only with a generic “Text” label. In the Watchtower Form Edit window, descriptive Helper Text can be added for each question using the (?) icon.
