# Managing Resources

| 💡 Adding, editing, and archiving resources on your platform.

||| ℹ️ Resources are similar to locations. However, resources are dispatchable.

On this page you can edit:

* Name
* Image
* Convert to Location. resources can be moved from the resource tab to the locations tab at any time and will be treated as such moving forward. the same can be done for locations to resources.
* Display Group. The display group is the primary group for this location. It will be used to organize the location on the dispatch and submit pages.
* Other Groups. These groups are used for organizations only.
* Coordinates. The coordinates are used to place the location on the map. In the case where an incident happens at this location, the coordinates will be automatically saved.
* Order
* Active/Archived
