Inviting Users
Invite User
- Go to the Agency Tab
- Type in the New User's Name and Email (optional)
You can add a user with or without an email. We will be adding them with an email. Make sure to select from making the account an Admin or User, then select Invite User.

- Check your email
Make sure to check the promotions inbox and spam folder in your email!

- Complete Invitation Fields
You can complete your login using password, magic link only or microsoft and google accounts. Phone number is used for the agency bulletin module when making text message notifications, as well as automated notifications used by other platform features such as forms and pulse if selected.

Your username in the future is your email and your password is the one you set up!
Login Creation for Existing Roster
Login creation for an existing personnel is even easier! All you need to do is search the person and invite them as shown below:
- Select "Invite User" button from your existing roster.
- Enter the Email and Select the Role

- Follow the Flow Above Starting at Step 3
Your new username is your email and your password is the one you register!
